Cellulase Enzyme Powdered Cellulose In Food 20,000u/g Szym-AE20
Szym-AE20 is made through deep liquid fermentation and extraction technique. It is a compound cellulase preparation with some activity of hemi-cellulase. It can hydrolyze 1,4-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose and cereal beta-D-glucans.
Grade: Food grade.

Temperature: 30~70℃, optimum at 60℃;
pH: 4.0~6.5, optimum at 4.6.
1 unit of acid cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.

12 months under 25°C in cool and dry place. Avoid the high temperature and direct sunlight;
