One unit (U) of glucose oxidase activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which is oxidized to D-gluconic acid and generated H2O2 per minute from 1µmol β -D- glucose at 30℃and pH6.0.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY:
It is use as feed additive to promote healthy & growth, promote nutrition by inhibiting mycotoxin and removing toxins.
1. Remove intestinal mycotoxin poisoning:
It can inhibit Aspergillus flavus, Rhizopus, Penicillium and other fungal growth, reduce the harm of mycotoxins, especially for aflatoxin B1 poisoning have good prevention effect. It can destroy aflatoxin B1 structure, loss of toxicity.
Glucose oxidase effects on glucose to produce glucose acid and hydrogen peroxide. It can inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria such as E. coli, salmonella, prevention and control of the physiological, pathological diarrhea, and intractable diarrhea due to drug resistance.
3. Prevention and health care:
It can remove the intestinal oxygen, produce anaerobic environment, reduce gastrointestinal pH value, acid manufacturing environment for the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and reduce aerobic harmful bacteria survival rate of Escherichia coli, salmonella. It can remove animal intestinal epithelial cells in the stress state of the free radical, protect the intestinal epithelial cells, and inhibit the invasion of coccidia and pathogenic bacteria.
4. Raise feed reward:
