AE10O is made through deep liquid fermentation and extraction technique. It is a compound cellulase preparation with some activity of hemi-cellulase. It can hydrolyze 1,4-beta-D-glycosidic linkages in cellulose, lichenin and cereal beta-D-glucans with the following effect: Break the non-covalent interactions present in the crystalline structure of cellulose (endo-cellulase);

1 unit of acid cellulase equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyze CMC-Na to get 1μmol of reducing sugar (in glucose) in 1min. at 50℃ and pH 4.8.

This product is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 12 months.
