Szym-X150E is made through deep fermentation and extraction technique.
Xylan is the second most abundant polysaccharide and a major component of plant cell wall and plant structure tissue.
As one of the important part of hemicellulose, xylan is always combined with cellulose, xylogen and the others existing in the plant. Cereal xylans contain large quantities of L-arabinose and are therefore often referred to as arabinoxylans.
So it is widely applied in industries of beer brewing, distillery, animal feed, paper and pulp and etc.

1 Xylanase unit (u) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole xylose from 5mg/mL substrate solution (Oat Xylan) in 1 minute at 37°C and at pH 5.5.
APPLICATION FIELD & EFFICACY:

--Xylan is contained commonly in a variety of feed materials, like wheat, rye which contain a rich amount of pentosan. These cereal feeds cause a high viscosity in the intestinal tract of animals and prevents the digestive absorption of protein and fat. Xylanase can break down hemicellulose, a major component of plant cell walls, eliminate the anti-nutritional factors, reduce viscosity of materials, promote the release of effective substances and absorption of nutrient substances by animals, so as to improve the feed efficiency.

Xylanase is an active biological preparation. It should be stored and transported in a cool, dry and ventilated place avoiding sunlight.
Under favorable storage condition, the shelf life is 24 months.
Notice: Tightly sealed in a clean, cool, dry area, keep away from strong, direct light. Tighten the lid after each usage to avoid pollution or damp.
Enzyme preparations belong to protein, which may induce sensitization and cause allergic type reactions in sensitized individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contiguity with human body should be avoided.
